WHC reorganization is here!

Sounds like you were placed. Focus on yourself and your business. Stop whining. Reorganizations happen all the time in this industry. You’re playing in this sandbox and if you don’t like it move to another sandbox outside of the industry.

Move on from who is placed in WHC or who was placed in CVR. The Korn Ferry Consulting gods created their master plan and it was implemented. That’s how these reorgs work. Thank you to SG for placing everyone in a position.
 








Get over yourself about being placed in a new position. WHC just went from 190 + CSS reps to approximately 120 reps, and NO ONE lost their job. This company could have gutted this division, and told you that you were no longer needed or may possibly interview for other opportunities. There are many good former Bayer employees that would have loved to have had this opportunity.There are millions of unemployed people across this country right now, and you were given a new position. BE THANKFUL. This company has had many reorgs and downsizes, and this has never happened on this level. If you think you are the only reason your customers use Bayer products, then you need a big dose of reality medicine. You are only a territory representative, and are replaceable. Stop your crying and having a pity party, and realize that you are now going to gain a new skill set and experience that could make you more valuable for future jobs. If Sebastian is responsible for this, then he should be given a medal and a standing ovation. I promise you that Phil B would have kicked you out into the cold, and hired someone new, for less money.

obviously a lot of HR folks on here who have zero clue how impossible it is to form the relationships needed to carry on WHC. Anyone accept the severance that was offered? I know there was one.

And how are you forming these brilliant relationships? Feeding the staff every two weeks? Replacing "defective" iuds? Or telling your customer how to bill for a 20 year old product? You are so valuable, please elaborate on how the company could never exist without you.

you do realize that you don’t have to be shitty right? There are a load of great people who just got worked right out of jobs during an already shitty shitty year. The fine print you may not be clear on is some of the offered CVR positions are not even viable jobs to take because the territory is quite far from where reps live. The RSM are fine and are getting a much better gig but not as true for the sales consultants. Just don’t be an ass and don’t be a grinch.
 




It’s all sinking in. Legal and consultants gut WHC. CSSs and RBMs with years of great experience and success moved to CVR. CSSs and RBMs with 1-2 years retained.

none of this my makes sense, other than everyone has a job.

Companies do realize people leave companies 70% of the time because of their manager.

I expect high turnover with both WHC and CVR in 2021. CVR has 6 months to play it out. WHC starts playing out January 4th.
