Seriously. How long will they let this go on? The numbers are so bad nationally and they are not even backfilling manager positions. I miss the days when I could spend half my day at yoga and doing my side hustle. Now I have to drive around and get my 8 calls.

Ugly how? Are they going to tell us what accounts the RAL's "get" or can we. choose where we NEED the help??? I don't mind the new positions because they won't affect me much. I am very disappointed in how we are going back to old school pharma. This isn't 2015. The business has changed. I really thought we were moving in the direction of those changes but apparently we are not.
 






We didn't want the sams in any of our accounts before. Now the Ral will be in even more accounts...lots more and you can't do anything about it. I agree with it's about to get ugly.

Does anyone in leadership have a clue about what is going on? Multiple people calling on the same accounts is a time and dollar waster. It is money wasted to send a manager around for most too. Seriously reevaluate how the managers do their jobs and what their role really is? Geez
 
























What a joke! The SAMs did nothing and the RALs will do nothing. It’s time to weed out the people who have bad attitudes, don’t work and could give a F about reproductive rights. Congrats Kenny! You are one of the few real men left.

Besides, everyone here has a bad attitude including you and me. We're just here until the paycheck stops. Admit it.
 






I am so confused by the last 2 comments. Kenny being the last REAL man standing? Are you drinking tonight bud or what? RAL's are a short term "experiment". I wouldn't take that role if they forced me. John and crew went from "run your territories as you see fit" to "drive to these offices 3 hours away just to drop off brochures so you can check a box so Germany is impressed!" No one is being effective right now because we have to check a box. They gave us huge territories and said the inside sales team would handle the small accounts. Now we have the huge geographies AND all the small accounts are back on our call panel? I like our leadership team. They are good people BUT they are lost. This is not 2010 pharma. The business has changed but they are refusing to change with it.

Totally agree with this (confused on the Kenny comment also. Are the complimenting or insulting? I don't really know the guy so can't comment.) We are spread too thin with all of the driving instead of being strategic on where to go. We are back to the Lisa W "check the box" days. We will not succeed if they don't change their mindset on how to run the territories. This drive til you die mentality is not increasing sales. But hey, Germany will look at our call reports and do a happy dance.
