WHC reorganization is here!







Lots of experts and people in the know here apparently. If the RAL position is going to be eliminated then why are they currently filling vacancies in TX and NYC, wise ones?
 


















Once again it is a shit show. I say bring Chelsea back. MM is a BS ABD. Micro manages her managers and her reps. Don’t get me started on Kenny’s worthless role. Let’s just add more management that can’t make ANY impact and let’s reduce headcount in the field. Bring on the layoffs.

I am a RAL and this role is a mess. I talk to my peers and everyone gets different guidance from their manager. The RAL position could make a difference but the lack of consistency in the role is a problem. The business has changed but they refuse to change with it. My resume is polished up but I am waiting to see where the role will be by year end. My manager just needs to retire. Gawd I hate my job (and so do most of the RAL’s)

The RAL job is a stroke of genius by John, Katie, and Kenny. Identifies incompetence.
Any successful RAL = ineffective rep and manager. Why can RAL make things happen in a territory but rep can't? Why doesn't manager call that out? December changes will clean house on worthless reps and useless managers. Way overdue and welcomed. Start the purge NOW.
