WHC reorganization is here!

I'm working

Well I hope you can carry the nation because no one else seems like it. As a group we are more interested in our cute background on a national call and virtue signaling every chance we get than selling anything. We just need to face it, we are the 5th string. Everyone good left a long time ago and our business is not going anywhere.

Wow. Not a great start to the new year. Agreed that we need to sell
off WHC. Too many reps and not enough products. Personally I am glad she is gone-she allowed KM to bully me too. He was so gross and didn’t like me because I didn’t “respond” to him! There are too many people who instigate here and can’t work like adults. It’s sad. So many fun and smart people gone. Carry on!

I loved kevin Murphy! He was smarter, wittier and faster than anyone here. He wasn’t coming on to any of you. Maybe you wished he would have.

He saw how ugly it is at Bayer, Chelsea wasn’t going to let him out-shine her. She couldn’t stand him and he left for a way better opportunity as a GM.

Obviously written by a man or KM. Gross. No thank you! Totally disagree. He was an instigator. He wanted “customer obsessed” but would never do it. Had a woman doing most of his work too. Lied to our manager about reps. Good riddance.

Sorry, not a man, nor am I KM.
You actually project what you want to believe, but it is not the truth. Get some therapy.

And yes, Chelsea’s lapdogs are running the division into the ground after she dug the hole. The WHC division can’t be sold based on patent life for Mirena and the ROI needed for an investor into the business unit based on what Bayer would need for revenue over the next 5 years. The math doesn’t add up.

Ok Kevin!! Someone needs therapy because they disagree with you and had a horrible experience at Bayer? THAT is a person who needs therapy. Exactly why I am leaving this place: ignorant men like you!!

I have been in the field for months about 70% of the time. This allowed interaction with providers that would see me/lunches where allowed and then gave me VALUABLE and much needed time for planning/communicating/business reviews with offices/handling reporting AE's, product quality complaints/ entering calls/expense reports/analyzing data(which is never correct)/Veeva emails/ responding to TONS of emails/fixing missing providers in Veeva which only go missing again/taking learning modules/entering PMP's/setting up trainings/MAKING THINGS HAPPEN! I will play the game and "be in the field" 100% of the time but John/Katie/Kenny you act like this is a pill we are selling. I will not be working until 8PM every night to stay caught up and be away from my family. These territories are huge and you say "I don't want you driving 3 hours to drop off brochures" out of one side of your mouth then saying "DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE" out of the other side. I agree too many reps were using covid as an excuse these past few months but you need to handle those on a per-rep basis. Having the managers in the field 4 days a week??? Are you kidding me? He only slows me down. It's time to gather a focus group of reps for a call that will be honest with you. Pick the ones that won't kiss up but will tell you what they really need to make things happen. This isn't 2010 pharma anymore. Times have changed with a buy and bill product. The landscape of medical clinics/systems have changed. Access has changed. We can't fight off the competitor with a 18% contract anymore even with what we offer. We need to change with the times.

Here we go. The CSS team is on the attack now that they are being asked to work again. Clearly you don't want to work. Please move on so we can find someone who will. Now get back to your TONS of email, AE's and expense reports which take two minutes of your day.

8 account calls per day. In person...... Doesn't matter if your territory is 3 hours in 3 directions. This call to action is coming from someone that doesn't know this business or is too scared to speak up. And now we have Veeva telling us what to say to customers or where to go make calls. Did someone secretly bring back John S and Lisa W to run the show. We are now doing HUBBLE version 2.0. Please, please, please send out an engagement survey. You won't like the results you will receive.

Next thing will be Performance Improvement Plans handed out. That will make up the difference in sales. Maybe we should have another price increase at mid-year. Start the 3rd quarter out strong. Buy in's always work. Let's get the 8 year indication for Mirena and charge more for it. And just raise the price again on Kyleena because we can.
