A CSS has the least amount of control of their success in their territory. Yet, that CSS is bonused and evaluated on their performance within their own geography. Lose a key customer or ten because Bayer deems this week it doesn't make good business sense to offer a customer a decent competitive contract. So, even if you go out and work, good luck on making your numbers.

2) Our BDL will retire
3) All if the lazy reps will be fired
4) SAMs will be required to document time
