We all knew C was going somewhere. She checked out a year ago. Now, let’s get the SAMs some real work. Anything but working part time. Next, clean up the ABDs, specifically the crude and rude man who thinks he is so funny but is not. Congrats to K and K-well deserved. Lastly, to the disrespectful losers who keep ripping apart CVR-be careful, you could be next. We are Bayer One. 99% of the WHC reps who moved to CVR are gone and have moved on to better and bigger!!! More are in the world of moving from WHC because the writing is on the wall. We lost some great reps. Good for them-try being happy for others, it’s Christmas.
 






The VP of Bayer’s WHC is the last stop at this company for so many. They’ve all fallen. It’s a sinking ship with no hope of bailing this Titanic.

Pricing has hit the bottom with what we can afford, but customers want more discounts. Having a low cost competitor is also eating us from within. I’m out of here, but as far away from her as possible. Going to a great CNS opportunity, my brain is calling me

I believe the word you meant to use was “former” not “old”. As we are promoting from within. Sorry you are so miserable. Couldn’t imagine not being grateful for this team. Especially now.
 






Most of them are old. WHC is like the Barbie dream house. Everyone is fake, tries to look good, and pretends to have a great life. You get all dressed up and pretend to work all day, deliver some coffee and watch a meeting on the latest woke trend and pretend to get on board.

hahahahaha now Kenny doll in the Barbie house. I'd rather have 2 from the field leading us than outsiders who know nothing of B&B and are Pharma script seekers.
 
























If you ask me we have the dream team in place. I would have been happy with Craig also. Good dude. I have been here thru the good, the bad and the ugly. If you are that miserable just leave. K&K at least understand the IUD business model. Go elsewhere Crabby Pants.... misery loves company.
 












Agree-at least K&K are nice and understand the business. The west coast needs a serious swamp drain. Too many same-minded people. Time for a re-org!! Let the SAMs work again, get rid of small micro territories and even out the workload a bit. Our manager seriously encourages not working too much because she doesn’t. Time for a survey on management!!
