Has customer obsessed been removed from our culture? The cult, excuse me culture club is so lame and not supporting our needs. With our lack luster sales performance, forget the culture It’s gone along with half the company over to CVR.

Each territory has its own issues - let’s start with our crazy work load…

You must not have been here when Jon and Lisa were in charge. Hubble anyone? Also a pretty good set of ABD's when I look at the history of ABD's. Culture Club? Does it even exist anymore? Who is on it and what do they do??? Totally agree with each territory having unique issues. Territories are also too large and cannot be worked effectively. However, if they feel more inside sales people are the answer that is downright funny. They made a mistake with the downsizing but won't admit it.

That’s too bad. Leadership really failed. I still talk to my old offices and they tell me the new rep has been in once. One said she was rude & condescending that they will never allow her in again. Contracted customer and loyal to Mirena. Very sad.

I have not been into many new accounts due to the pandemic map or the offices restriction to seeing reps. I am not driving 3 hours if I cannot see a doctor or move sales forward just go check a box.

He’s not. Remember, he got rid of Kevin M (the one really good leader this team had in the past 10 years). John B actually hates anyone who he knows is better/smarter than he is (which is basically anyone who actually cares about people or doing the right thing).
