A relative of mine is a pharmacist and has been administering the mRNA vaccines since they were approved for emergency use. I asked her, "what are the side effects of the mRNA vaccines five years from now?" She replied, "I can't answer that because it is unknown."

OK tell us what is the risk? There are thousands of things we ingest that we do not have long term follow up yet it doesn’t stop us from eating, drinking and taking medicines that don’t have 10 years follow up…this is al political and you know it. That is it. At least be honest and call it what it is. If your Fox News talking heads told you to go get the vaccine you’d be the first in line…

I don't watch the news. I think for myself. Pushing something on everybody that hasn't been studied like other FDA approved vaccines is irresponsible. How about consulting with your physician before getting vaccinated? Shouldn't your physician have a say in what is best for your health?

The relative I have that administers the vaccines did not get vaccinated because she has had adverse reactions to vaccines in the past.

Still didn’t answer the question, and unless your doctor is a quack the vast majority are recommending the vaccine for everyone save for the very few who are truly contraindicated.

The vast majority of physicians you see on T.V. are recommending the vaccines. How about the physicians you don't see on T.V.? Have you conducted a survey of some sort? How do you know what their opinion is?

Emergency use authorization by the FDA requires a determination of the safety and efficacy of a vaccine.
In the case of the COVID-19 vaccines currently available in the U.S., that determination was based on the submission of data from carefully designed clinical trials on tens of thousands of patients.

For full approval, however, the FDA also requires duration data, meaning documentation of efficacy for an extended period of time. For the vaccines currently available, the six-month period of observation ends in April/May, and the nine-month period in July/August.

It’s anticipated that the FDA will reconvene the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices at the end of those periods to determine whether full approval will be recommended to the FDA.

I am not talking about just the Cable News Doctors. I am talking about the world wide support from the medical and scientific community that the vaccine are safe and effective and are our best chance at beating this virus. CDC, WHO, and Academic KOL's, are all in agreement. You think I care what some podunk family practice doctor from Indiana thinks? He already got proven wrong on all of his statements.

Fact of the matter is the experts in infectious diseases and immunology are in agreement on vaccines and I trust the multitude of scientists, who have absolutely no incentive to deceive us, that the vaccines are safe and effective.

The question you forgot to answer is what long term effects do you fear? There hasn't even been a reputable hypothesis of what a long term effects could even be possible as the biology and science is showing no reason there would be. Try this logic...have more people died or have been hospitalized due to Covid or from AR's to the vaccines?

SARS-CoV-2, in some form, is here to stay. It is too late to eliminate it. The virus is mutating faster than we can keep up with. Please don't tell me we are entering into another 20 year war we will never win?! As soon as I heard the infectious disease experts telling people to wear homemade masks I knew we were in trouble. I trust the podunk physician in Indiana more than I trust the physician on T.V. or from the CDC, or WHO simply because of the ignorant mask recommendation.

In April, I was in Texas, where probably 25% of the population, at most, wear masks, while Michigan had the highest number of new COVID cases in the country and were under mask mandates and locked down. How do you explain that?

I don't fear the virus is what you seem to be missing! I'm not worried about being hospitalized or dying from the virus because I perceive the risks to be low. Therefore, I will not be getting vaccinated nor will I wear a mask when in public. I have the right not to do those things.

If you are afraid of the virus, then call your physician and see which vaccine, if any, is right for you. Also, if you are going to wear a mask, then, at the very least, wear a N95 mask, or better yet, ask your physician which mask is best for you, if any.

vaccine choice is not a political issue. I know both dems and republicans who have been hesitant.

Are you insane? Texas, Fla and GA, all whom shunned masks and have low vax rates are getting hammered right now. Terrible example.
 








This is not partisan. Don’t be selfish. Think about other people safety. Please, get vaccinated. You know deep down inside. It is the right thing to do. Listen to yourself. Don’t fight your feelings.

Agree and please ask for the HIV, HEP C and TB status of all employees as well. Let's have full disclosure to protect our employees if you are demanding a vaccine that does not stop the virus from being transmitted. What a joke!!!
