And before anyone gets on their high horse about vaccinations…..I’m not an anti-vaxer. These have limited short term safety data and zero long term safety data. They aren’t even FDA approved yet so to mandate them is just ridiculous. I’ve never seen such poor safety reporting in my life and I really hope they are safe long term. Furthermore, anyone who has worked in clinical trials could tell you the efficacy was never going to be the 90+% they claimed. This virus will continue to mutate it’s what they do. It’s not rocket science it’s science combined with common sense.

Like many reps at many companies just fake your "vaccine card". It can't be tracked. Just like anti vaxxers fake children vaccine records all the time. No one is calling and checking if you were at Walgreens 2 months ago getting a vaccine. Walgreens of course keeps a record but the trail stops there. And again no company has the resources to call and check (which wouldn't be legal since HIPPA prevents Walgreens from sharing your health info with outside source).

Vaccine cards are CDC documents. Intentionally falsifying them to lie about vaccine status and hospital verification could have serious consequences. This is a highly infectious, dangerous disease for many regardless of what your political bent leads you to believe. Even entertaining this idea is pathetic and disgusting.

SARS-CoV-2, in some form, is here to stay. It is too late to eliminate it. The virus is mutating faster than we can keep up with. Please don't tell me we are entering into another 20 year war we will never win?! As soon as I heard the infectious disease experts telling people to wear homemade masks I knew we were in trouble. I trust the podunk physician in Indiana more than I trust the physician on T.V. or from the CDC, or WHO simply because of the ignorant mask recommendation.

In April, I was in Texas, where probably 25% of the population, at most, wear masks, while Michigan had the highest number of new COVID cases in the country and were under mask mandates and locked down. How do you explain that?

I don't fear the virus is what you seem to be missing! I'm not worried about being hospitalized or dying from the virus because I perceive the risks to be low. Therefore, I will not be getting vaccinated nor will I wear a mask when in public. I have the right not to do those things.

If you are afraid of the virus, then call your physician and see which vaccine, if any, is right for you. Also, if you are going to wear a mask, then, at the very least, wear a N95 mask, or better yet, ask your physician which mask is best for you, if any.

If you work in the pharma industry and are repeating these tired, defeatist, baseless anti vaxx and politically driven claims, just resign already. You have no business working for and collecting a paycheck from a healthcare, science oriented company or industry. So tired of reading and hearing this nonsense.

being contraindicated and being at high risk of AE are 2 different things. Clearly there are some people these vaccines aren’t appropriate for and we don’t know who those are yet so why force it. A member of my family and a teacher completely healthy suffered paralysis after her first dose. It’s easy to say it’s safe for most if you haven’t personally witnessed that it’s not.

Some places don't even give cards. Walgreens, CVS, hospitals, temporary vax centers and more are not uploading to some database whether you got it or not. The vaccine card is a like your old school passbook savings account ledger. Nice to have a paper record...but the bank still has all of your records on file electronically and that is what counts. There are data clearing houses that do exactly what you saying doesn't happen. We have been doing with infectious diseases for decades, well before the AIDS epidemic. Vaccination records do not fall under HIPPA PHI.

Sounds like a vaccine mandate is kinda racist considering only 40% of blacks and 45% of hispanics are vaccinated. If having to have a drivers license or state ID to vote is racists surely vaccine mandates are. Will you need to show proof you are vaccinated to vote or only to work?
