This defines Labcorp to a Tee

I dont know what posts were removed but i do know a crappy management sytle will not yield an OIG investigation. Labcorp is as cheap as they come but they most likely pay high priced lawyers to scrub their practices. I dont think Anything they do is illegal, But i do know their management blows and is way outdated. Anybody who want to work here or stay working here either has a cush job, has nowhere else to go or flat out lazy and just bitch and complain, but still stay.
Here we go again. The activity mentioned in the deleted post was obviously illegal. Why do you think the post saying call the O.I.G. seemed so out of place?
Because of this company's management style, it cannot grow organically and has to do so by aquisition and merger. This is why many of its employees are stuck with few places to go unless they leave the field. This company goes about gobbling up all of its competitors. Eats them up and shits them out. And this is why they can exploit their employees unmercifully. But the pendulim always swings the other way after a period of time. Hopefully this will happen soon.

Hey boogerman, it has become obvious that your job is to troll for damaging information about the cmpany and distract them with your disgusting booger comments. Isn't it interesting how the posts about illegal company activity that could lead to an investigation by the OIG and huge fines spontaneously disappear from the threads.

Hey whistleblower, did you know that you can collect anywhere from 10% to 30% of the fines levied against the company if you report to the OIG? Lets see, what is 20% of $50 million??
that would be $10 million.

Now riddle me this...who is taking down the posts? Why is quite
Long live The Booger Nation. We pick where we want and when we want. We work 10-2 Monday through Wednesday and could not care less about your silly rants.

Old news! Everybody knows this, the company sucks

The good people do not want to be here and are not happy. Be prepared to witness a mass exit of talent and knowledge.

This company will be so pressured from wallstreet with the upcoming cuts the late 90's early 2000's will seem like the good old days.

No one in the lab, no one in logistics, no one in billing, no one in customer service, lots of overtime for unskilled workers to take up a lot of jobs half assed.

Unfortunately the train will keep rolling with or without good people. It got to big to fail at this point. There is no emtrepreneurial spirit because the don't need self starters anymore. They need trained monkeys in suits to follow orders and be a doer, not a thinker.

I can't sleep, eat or concentrate. I'm so stressed.

I was in your boat. Get out asap, it took over my life and it only get better the weeks following after i left. It was so liberating to leave and put the place in your rear view mirror. Don't try and make sense out of it or over think as to why the place is so bad and why management doesn't care or get it. Believe me they get it and give a rats ass about an individual here! Get out!

Don't give a rats ass*

What state?
This statement is true - depends what state and business unit you work for. Same rules don't apply to everyone and some sites are pushed a lot harder. WAY harder! It's not fair but there is no way to change that. Senior leadership knows but don't expect changes any time soon. You will find yourself in the corner on a folding table soon. Mark my words son!

I was so stressed and over worked that I had no time to even find a new job. My family life was next to zero. I had lost all my sleep over this stupid damn company. One fine day, I decided to leave the company without having any thing on my hand. It was a truly liberating experience. It took 4 months to find a new job but I am sleeping much better. Leaving the company was the best decision that I took. That place was the most horrible experience in my whole professional life.

When did you leave? This place is the worst! Glad you found another job and found sleep. No place should do this to any individual. Did you take stress leave? What dept were you working and what level?

Do you work in the HR department or Labcorp legal? That's alot of personal questions! If so, take a look at why your management team doesn't do exit interviews in a way that will allow for better outcomes and so that the same mistake is not happening over and over. I didn't even get an exit interview, and when i did speak to senior management on my own because they wouldn't call me, they acted like i just left their cult and got really angry when i explained the problems that existed with the role. The person said to me I don't have time for this and acted like their man panties were in a bunch. I got off the phone thinking what a fucking baby and they really don't give a shit other than what they think. They don't want any other opinions. It's a communist run organization

I did get an exit interview. I think it is the 'same old' world there. I have hardly seen HR taking any action against managers. They work for management and not for the regular employees. Who cares anymore? That place stinks anyways.
