The Quality of Field Managers at Vanda

I can attest to the fact that they are not leaders. Vanda does not want leaders, they want robots who follow off label orders. They only want sales numbers and doesn’t matter how many times a doctor says I don’t see schizophrenia and you sell an orphan drug and hard to identify a patient much less 20.! The managers are told to tell us to sell against all competitors no matter what their indication is including the fact they write for children. They should have more fanapt scripts! The ANSR’s don’t even spend a full day in compliance training! They don’t know any better. These managers just push off label as much as possible. It will come back to bite them as numbers keep declining and declining. Most ANSR territories are down over 50 percent in the last year. At one point the bottom will fall out and of course the reps and managers are to blame for no managed care and one indication. No new indications coming either. Let’s see what they say in first quarter when still no studies have been conducted!
 






























Is this for real? Vanda can drive a person crazy. And then they take Fanapt which probably will not work.... Or is that Hetlioz that is the drug as worthless as placebo?
They will get Hetlioz 90-120 days after prescribed if they are part of the 25 percent that gets it through insurance due to lying on form that was filled out by rep (in violation of HIPPA - yes Keith in Michigan yes you!!)

A professional will respect human values, a customer will appreciate courteous service provided by the wait staff but a Vanda manager does NOT have the skills or even the decency to acknowledge let alone appreciate the hard work of rendered by the reps!!

Vanda has no leaders just yes people that pass down the directives from the CEO.... and he is easily the poorest example of a CEO in pharma. Vanda is not representative of pharma and that is why turnover is high inside HQ and also in the field.

HAHAHA. For a PTSD patient he would prescribe Fanapt and Hetlioz just to make $$$. But they will never get the Hetlioz due to the dysfunctional hub where Dr P sorts through intakes assuming he is immune from HIPAA
 




































After working for Vanda these managers don't hold a chance to get hired by a professional Big Pharma company. even if they do get hired they'll be little sorry figures with no importance!!
