Heck Glitterboy. we are never ever ever EVER getting company cars. I had a talkie talk with t-boy and he said NO NO NO. You Glitter are the MOST Stupidest AM and your Stupid gossip is not only not appreciated it hurts the morale of this great company. Just do your job and stop spreading false car hopes.

Listen Up you lazy, complaining, bitching, low-life sales people - Hetlioz has a new indication: SMS. get your focus out of bitching here on Cafepharma and get your focus on strategizing and figuring out how to gain more Hetlioz scripts. Your 2021 quota is going up for NSRs from 5 per quarter to 15 per qtr. And for AMs it goes from 7 to 21 per quarter. Good luck -
 



Just curious. Is that last post factual? Is it expected for you to have 20 new Hetlioz per month? If so, how is that justified with a product that has such a narrow indication?
 






So far no word on next year goals, we have not even been told about new indication. What kind of company does that! Their marketing department is t prepared for a launch or anything and it was approved over a week ago! So unorganized. This is what you get when you hire incompetent people.

What the fuck is the deal with Retention bonus payout? Is the company about screw us up of what we deserve? They want us to put up with the micromanagement shit for nothing - expect us to surrender like a slave.
 



It is time to leave Vanda. There are other Pharma jobs and it is better away from Vanda. There is no launch material because there is no marketing Dept. Correct? Go interview and get out.
 






I saw another posting about numerous reps leaving Vanda - this company must be hurting badly because of lack of relationships consistency in market place with this revolving door. What's shocking is management doesn't seem to give a crap or even feel any shame in constantly losing talent. Vanda has one of the worst management teams in the industry. At other companies a frontline manager would get summoned for losing so many reps - here, there is no accountability. Most shameless, talentless managers make up the sales team at Vanda!
 






How the heck do these managers keep their jobs. They have so idea what they are doing.
My guess is since blind is leading the blinds - they are all protected. If no one dare raise their voice - say yes to anything stupid that is implemented, you're safe. Use the primary care micro-management mentality and you are a star. I also believe that MP is being fooled by the idiots. I think he has no knowledge of what goes on within the sales teams/management team. And the managers use MP's name to create scare and to hide behind. No one is able to differentiate between a shit and shine.... Let's just keep drinking cool aid and enjoy the ride!
 









They lied to us about getting company cars almost 2 years ago and they're still trying to pretend it is a possibility in the near future. Screwed all the reps out of a bonus this quarter by raising the goals to insane degrees. Took away our ability to find out if we have prescriptions or not by taking away everyone's access to the Thebe system. We have no idea what our goals were or how we did in achieving them for Q2 and Q2 ends in one week. And they wonder why everyone hates this shit company and wishes we never came on board. F you Mihale, Paul, Tom, and all the spineless managers.
 



They have yet to pay the correct amount for bonuses in Q1 and Q2 is ending. The other division will get screwed also when they raise the quota after seeing what everyone ends up with. :)
