Tania or whoever else getting rid of good people and hiring their own crop is something that the ELT should not allow. She and others like her did not execute their dumb ideas without an ok from someone above them. Don’t believe that she and her stooges are creating magic because realistically no one can. You do what is required and do it well. Pharma is as good as the drug. All the ELT did was create disruption in something that was working well. They need to disrupt something that is not working, evil leaders who are not letting people work and the idiot leaders who are in the game of educating others when they themselves are clueless or nasty. The health of the American worker is at an all time low due to the lay off culture, snitching, offshore work and zero understanding of the differences between the salaries of the people who are making regular wages and the people who are initiating the layoffs. There used to be a time in this country where people were allowed to work until retirement in one place. Now the McKinsey kids, outsourcing and get rich quick schemes are placing a huge chunk of the population under duress and health crisis. No one understands the differences in people anymore. The only comedy of errors is that there was a lot of kissing up to Tania and of the only exec leader that was left untouched by the so called leaders of the huge laid off group and then smack, it boomeranged on them. So stay honest and don’t topple each other in the kissing up game.
