Their VP stood up at a national meeting and said, "WE DEMAND DIVERSITY." White males are not wanted or needed. If a white male gets a position (ie. RSL it is because the diversity candidate turned down the job). However, I love it. White men are the most toxic group in America. Please….you think being a babysitter, I mean, a Pharma manager is some big important job? Everyone in this industry knows these commercial jobs are shams. (Sales rep, sales managers, TLL, RMK’s sales trainers). You’re a report filtering and disseminating minion. We are all here doing these jobs because we didn’t stay the path on what we really set out to do in our careers because we got lured by the easy money.

Umm, woke mentality is not okay. DEI is just another form of discrimination cloaked in a new moniker. All of it is garbage and lip service. Why can’t the best person for the job just be that, the best person for the job, regardless of what they look like or feeling like you have to “collect one of each” during vacancy fills…

To be fair only 50% of the derm managers suck

and not all of the ones who suck are from Novartis/galderma

And not all the managers from Novartis/galderma suck

But if you want to know what went wrong with this drug, the incompetent lazy managers from Novartis/galderma certainly should get part of the blame

And so does leadership who hired them

And so does the marketing department who did a lousy marketing campaign

The drug is a good one but marketplace realities may have doomed us to failure regardless of mistakes made by leadership and management

We will never know that though

As we rapidly approach the cliff and the bitter end.

We are all so so so fucked
