Do what I do… I told all my offices that we now only work virtual. I do a lunch everyday and never have to leave my house! My numbers are up and I’m in the top 10! One might say that I ball when I get the “virtual” call!
Many of us ball too, but we do it in person where it counts and presents that "feel good" moment, in person, for willing office staff.
Better hope your MSL or DAL doesn't enter your offices and dispel that....
