Is there any chance we won't be cut soon? This thing has run its course for sure. We projected 2 Billion by 2026. I think we can still get this done. We just need to start making around 8 or 9 calls in a day.

There is no way you keep your jobs. How could you? All you do is whine and complain. You are overpaid and clearly not working. Your managers are garbage and only got to where they are by kissing ass. There are only two or three reps that are worth anything. You have several that have never made goal the entire time they have been here, but somehow are still employed. Insanity.

Correct and never had the best access either !
If they wanted someone to correctly launch a product they should have hired every single Orencia rep that they mistakenly laid off. Those people know how to sell. They aren't the derm reps that only sold first line products. If you sold Otezla/Humira/Skyrizi you don't actually know how to tell. You just have great access and a dynamic marketing team.

I worked for Celgene 2014-2018. Best gig ever. With kickers, IC and equity awards, I made $500k every year as a rep.

I'll say this:

The best I saw out there were the Orencia reps. They had weak managed care coverage and not much medical presence, but they were formidable competitors in the rheum offices. I saw them often and I saw them on Friday afternoons.

The worst I saw out there was a tie between the newer Humira reps who only enjoyed success because their coverage and huge medical presence (old timers were solid) and any Enbrel rep. Amgen reps were lazy. Hardly ever saw them and they seldom showed up for their lunches. They just sent the food.

I got out to device and just checked this page because I am stuck here at the airport, but some funny stuff here. Good luck to all.

The rest of us were pulling our weight and way underpaid compared to you all. Orencia has saved this company from going under and you derm reps can’t even post 100 mil in a quarter.
Selling the medical benefit is not even selling, it sells itself. But to your credit, sales plummeted when theOrencia team was laid off.BMS had to come crawling back to get us. Now it is just history repeating itself with GI and allergy.
