Ask your MSL about the phase 3 PSA results. Our ACR scores are dog poo compared to TNF’s and 17/23’s. ACR20 is our best, which is the equivalent to PASI75, which isn’t the benchmark anymore. ACR50 with high percentages is where you want to be at, and we aren’t impressive. I think Sotyktu will do well in Rheum because it’ll be combined with other therapies, but just like Psoriasis, Sotyktu will be the 6th best option…

But...word on street is it may not include TB testing....
 








So why do we still have our DALs? SaJ has already said that they are ineffective! They cut our lunch budget but leave them in place. This makes no sense. My DAL is still asking me to get her into offices. I heard two weeks ago they stopped promoting Sotyktu in the UK. We need to cut anyone that isn't essential.

That the DALs are no longer in the UK...or is SOTYKTU no longer in the UK?
 








Well Slowtyktoo isn't really in derm offices anymore anyway. We gave it a shot and let's just blame the results on mean old Amgen.

SaJ is fun to listen to though. He is an early adopter of corporate speak. Every time I hear him, I learn new jargon that will start coming up months from now.

Amen! Cut the DAL’s. Let them go back into practice and doing meaningful work again. Cut half the RMK’s. The Sotyktu party is winding down to closing time. Cut half of the TAS’s and start white spacing parts of the country. What territory is averaging 5 new starts a week since January 1st?
