I saw that David Brown had 500,000 options in his letter of offering with a base of $225,000. What did a marketing/product manager make at salient and what sort of stock options were offered at this level. I'm looking at a similar situation with another company and was just looking to compare notes with someone in a similar situation coming from salient. Any feedback is appreciated. I read the prior post with the person with 44k options getting about 145,000 but wouldn't that be a the purchased stock price without taking the strike price into consideration?
Really? ...hhmm ...I better look into this. Did everyone else all receive their payouts? And what did they look like per share? I'm no longer with the company so don't know how that effects anything.
Did you puchase your options when you left? If not, you may not have any as there is a certain window in which to exercise the option.

Thanks for the reply. It's been awhile so I don't even remember. My office was devastated in a flood so I have no record myself. I left like four years ago... don't know what I would have paid for each stock option. Guess I'll contact Altieri.
