Regardless it be favoritism cause of kissing a$$, all boys club, female, or a minority, or age related... (whether they got the job or they didn't get laid off, or got promoted) and it wasn't you and you happen to be a white male (of course you as white male will complain and moan about racial inequality)... but for centuries it's been well documented that females get paid less than men and it still exists today that men get paid more but women had to speak to in order to be treated fairly, so just because there are projects or programs to help give more equality in the workforce doesnt mean the white man is losing his importance in society. Look around you, there are many white men in leadership roles, so my point is, stop blaming others who happen to be female or minorities getting the job or being promoted. If you're meant for something, it will happen and your work ethic determines that and If your job requires you to kiss a$$ then stop hating on the non white person who happen to do it better than you. So, put the work it cause at the end of the day, you have the same opportunity as everyone else.

Now all of a sudden work ethics don't go very far??? Well, welcome to the world of minorities. There are plenty of qualified Minorities who work hard and rarely get recognized, and now companies are realizing it because in the past 30 years of being in med sales, 99% of the time they promote a white person, so they are "correcting" their wrong here because finally Minorities are speaking up and asking for fair treatment by giving more recognition to colored people and the white man screams "it's not fair"

It was not a white man's problem to begin with? LMAO, don't get me started on who started to enslave people ffirst, and who got rid of the Native Americans. I can go on and on.

Let's just say there are still plenty of opportunities for white people, and just because qualified colored people are being introduced and finally given the chance, we want to cry about unfair employment oppoopportunities and posting nonsense like this???

Who are “you guys”? AZ is being forced into DEI by it’s largest shareholder, BlackRock. And by Pascal and Dave’s need for virtue signaling to show they care post George Floyd. Overall you can see it’s gone too far, not just here but everywhere. That’s why institutions of all types are cutting their DEI staff and budget. As was said by someone else, it’s been shown to be nothing more than a racist idea to punish white men.

Do those that have benefited from DEI want to be held responsible for what their ancestors did at some distant point in the past? Of course not, and they shouldn’t be either.

Laying off 14 white men over 50 and no other demographic at the high point of DEI without cause is racism, period.

Peer equity is a mechanism to push experienced people out of AZ & bring young crowd in. AZ doesn't care about the experience. They're making them frustrated & hoping they can leave so AZ doesn't need to pay for them!! AZ was much better place than this until few years!!! Things've changed....
Peer equity is meant to pay a bunch of favorites high. It's not legal
 




They can experiment with DIE (I know I switched the letters around but this acronym makes more sense) all they want. I was affected by this, this year. They want to F with people because of some made up agenda? OK, I will work less. Now at three days a week. Do it again to me next year? Two days a week.
 




Aim aim aim! We didn't understand purpose of the program! It doesn't make sense to add more to the bag when it's already full. We've so many programs which don't lead people to nowhere!! Aim is a brain child of imature marketing manager on our team & some new hr generalist & supported by VP hr. A common link? All 3 are from the same university!! It doesn't matter what these two imature figures do because they'll always get management support. I'm surprised to see non thinkers have been given liberties to come up with these programs!! Neither they've experience nor caliber to run the show. All they can do is showoff!! What a waste of money & time!!

Most companies don't have DEI problem because their hiring & promotion policies are good. AZ never paid attention to DEI & they're not paying enough attention even now. When DEI in other companies is 50% AZ is at 10%! You don't need data to prove that. Open your eyes & look around. Bad policies implemented by biased leaders who don't have an appreciation for diversity. AZ only talks about inclusion so that they can have representation during the process but not in the final decision. Now I heard they're going to hire diverse people only at G level. So they've already checked out at below G level!!!!
