Fasenra is the 4th to market biologic in the moderate to severe asthma space after Xolair, Nucala, and Cinqair. All are administered in clinic. Fasenra has marginal efficacy compared to Nucala and Cinqair. Also, the every 2 month dosing for Fasenra may not be an advantage as reduced clinic visits mean less income to administer it. Marketing Fasenra is going to be a challenge.
 



With the shit show of realigned territories that they just fucked the Fasenra sales teams with I'm sure there will be more openings soon. Myself included.

We'll need all the reps we can get plus some, in order to compete with Dupixent. It's going to be a game changer and with all the reps they are bringing on between Regeneron and Sanofi, this will now become a very crowded market.

Well, all the ex Novartis/Genentech managers and reps will surely save AZ...?? Don't worry they will make sure everything is ok because they ARE the smartest people in industry. Remember they all came to AZ to save and create the ultimate bio field force led by incredible geniuses, there is no way they will let their gravy train come to an end, however, those at NV (at least) would like to thank them for all the raises and stock received as result of them leaving.

AZ has a terrible culture! Pressure cooker during launches. Little tolerance for underperformance. Performance improvement plans if you are not hitting the mark 6 months after launch.
 



If you don’t know how to slam-dunk sell Fasenra vs Xolair, Nucala, & Cinqair, then that is why you’re not good enough to get this job.

I interviewed for this position recently still haven’t heard anything at all!
The anticipation is building- do they let you know? I’ve called the interviewing manager four times and go straight to VM!
Is that how this company tells you? Where is the formality?
 






If you haven't been invited to a final interview with the regional manager by now, you have been passed over.
I hate that AZ is treating candidates this way and is not informing people that they are not moving forward, but this seems to be industry standard. Even internal candidates have been left hanging, not cool.
 






just look outside the box. AZ has always been a follower. they are trying to rescue the current do not know nothing reps. it takes 3 az reps to do one job. all they know is how to sound good act like they are working but realy doing nothing. az will never succeed in anything untill they realy start making thier managers n reps actually work real work
