Same....completed the online assessment a few weeks ago. Not exactly sure about some of those questions though....how they asked that you rank what you would do first and last? All of the answers could be right depending on the specifics of a given situation. Thoughts??
I agree, depending upon the situation. The email stated that there were no right or wrong answers. Good Luck!

It is a personality and psychological test to weed out anyone that doesn't fit the AZ clone mold. 1. Be obedient and just do what you are told 2. Never ask questions or challenge leadership 3. Be willing and able to take horrible abuse by customers and leadership
 




































I noticed these positions are no longer listed on tbe AZ career website. Is the company no longer pursuing the expansion? I haven't heard of anybody interviewing beyond the phone screen.

Just wondering the same. Filled out the questionnaire and had the phone screen weeks ago. All seemed to go well but......nothing since. ???
 


















Anyone out there? Never seen a company that fires candidates up and then total silence for over a month. Are we in, out, or sidelined? If this is how poorly the franchise is managed maybe it's time to move on.
 






























Maybe they're finally coming to their senses and realizing they absolutely do not need this extra sales force.

The right thing to do is give the product to the folks that have been selling in that space for years. My God, TPTB think selling a biologic takes a MENSA member. Newsflash- every person out there selling a biologic or a oncology drug started off selling good old pen to pad to retail pharmacy drugs. Give the sales force some credit. They can do this.
And think of how it would positively reflect on morale and company perception. You want people to go to battle for you, show them you believe in them. Give Farxiga back to the diabetes folks. Just tells me, diabetes team is a joke. Align respiratory as THE respiratory sales force. Senior leadership screwed around w/ RPT years ago ( more than a few higher ups admitted to me in private it was a mistake to dissolve that team) and then the RST.
Leadership overcomplicates things so often. This decision should not be complicated. Analysis Paralysis.
