Read the P.I. Once a month injection for first 3 doses, then after that the patient will only receive an injection every other month. There wont be a need to the patient to go to an immunologist every time for an injection once they have gotten through the initial 3 injections. They will be moved over to their primary provided once they are adequately controlled and their EOS levels have dropped. CBC can be checked as well with their provider every 6 months or so. Primary provider can also schedule shipment of Fasenra through patients SP without having to buy & bill.

Yes, face to face next week and done after that. All spots filled by week of March 5th with start date of April. Very quick process now that all the maps are set. And most territories will still only have 2 reps for Fasenra.
 



There is no "salary range". If you are offered the job you will get an X% increase over your current base pay. Someone currently making <$100K isn't going to be offered anywhere near the same as someone currently making $140K. And by the way, X is not nearly as much as you're thinking it is.

If your territory is in a densely populated or asthma area-South Florida, NYC, Houston etc there will be 3 reps in the territory. Maybe in the Dakotas or Carolinas there will be only 2. Don’t count on it elsewhere. And there will be an additional manager. Go for the job but don’t delude yourself.
 



























Third to market and Dupixent is also coming soon. Should be exciting competing against Respiratory powerhouse GSK. Not feeling good about having this many reps on board. If the sales aren’t strong right away we will have layoffs. That’s how we roll!
 






Well, all the ex Novartis/Genentech managers and reps will surely save AZ...?? Don't worry they will make sure everything is ok because they ARE the smartest people in industry. Remember they all came to AZ to save and create the ultimate bio field force led by incredible geniuses, there is no way they will let their gravy train come to an end, however, those at NV (at least) would like to thank them for all the raises and stock received as result of them leaving.

Enjoy that deep pipeline with so many resp products....um... I mean 1 product.
