If you haven't been invited to a final interview with the regional manager by now, you have been passed over.
I hate that AZ is treating candidates this way and is not informing people that they are not moving forward, but this seems to be industry standard. Even internal candidates have been left hanging, not cool.

This is the company you now work for. AZ has made it painfully clear that are not interested in promoting from within. IF you are lucky enough to get offered a position in Bio or Oncology, you will not be paid anywhere near what those external candidates will make. It's AZ's way of thanking you for your loyal comment to the businesss for so many years.

News Flash Dorothy, once you understand that you are a number with a cost attached to it and nothing more, then you will fully understand AZ. They don't even know your name and that includes anyone rated outstanding and COE winners. They don't care about you.

There will be turnover soon enough, certain managers in biologics already know which of the pair will be let go by end of 2018.

Why would anyone leave a REAL biopharma company like Genentech and come to AZ ? Must be paying these people BIG money to jump ship.

Spoke to a NVS person who came over and I couldn’t believe the salary AZ gave. I couldn’t get that high with ten years of outstanding reviews and a bag of weed.
