Your so called "pharma reps" are actually fire breathing professional consumer sales people who relish the opportunity to work for a dynamic organization. Call them Firebrands, call them professional assassins, call them best in class because at this point they're putting the old guard to shame and rapidly chasing them out of Zoll. The good times are starting and our new hires are responsible.
 






Like the people who are quitting after being here a few weeks? Yea, they're really hitting it out of the park. Current list of vacancies doesn't lie. Gets longer every day.

Another Area Director gone? More RMs gone? More TMs on the way out? Anybody with any experience left? This place is a feeding frenzy for recruiters.

No. Only 9 or so people here over 4 years. More than 60% of the salesforce is new within 1 year. Many last a few weeks before quitting. Its worse than every before.

Amazing how corporate leadership is still clueless. How many top people including TMs and RMs have to leave before real changes are made? Nobody with any experience left. What are we doing here man? Need to find another gig soon!

the number of vacancies posted went up again - lost count how many weeks in a row this is. they can't hire fast enough when people don't even stay the average year and a half.
