OK SO LIFE AT ZOLL:
I WAS THERE FOR 2 YEARS 8 M0NTHS UNDER ONE OF THE WORST MANAGERS.
She had 150% turnover in the short period of time I was there.
the quota is ridiculous and increases every 2 weeks.
It does not matter how many orders you get or "sell". You do not get paid if the company does not get paid. Problem is, the company does not have a decent contracting team. This is because the company has not invested in doing the clinical studies to support this product. They don't want to expose the lack of compliamce to this product. The company is trying to figure out a way to HIDE the non-compliance from MEDICAID AND MEDICARE- GUESS WHAT- THAT IS FRAUD.
OH AND DONT FORGET THE PATIENT HATES !!! wearing the lifevest because again Zoll will not invest in making it fit better and be more comfortable for the patient. They have not updated that monitor either.
There is no competition, so Zoll doesn't give a crap about making it better for the patient, the prescriber and lastly the rep.
Also, as your orders start to grow so does your PIA=PAIN IN THE ASS FACTOR. LET ME EXPLAIN-
1. PATIENT ALARMS AND GONGS GO OFF
2. PATIENT GETS $20,000 BILL - GUESS WHAT HIS EF IMPROVED -BUT now he is going back into HEART FAILURE OVER this bill
3. PHYSICIAN AND OFFICE AND HOSPITAL GETS HARRASSED BY ZOLL FOR MEDICAL DOCUMENTS FOR MONTHS WHILE ZOLL TRIES TO LIE TO INSURANCE COMPANIES
THIS JOB IS ONLY A STOP GAP ,MEASURE- IT IS NOT A CAREER.
I GAVE MY 2 WEEKS NOTICE AND NOW THE COMPANY WILL NOT PAY MY COMMISSIONS-
SO ZOLL PEOPLE- RESIGN ON THE LAST DATE YOU WANT TO BE PAID - BECAUSE ZOLL WILL NOT DO THE HONOURABLE THING-
THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WANT TO MAKE IT BETTER FOR THEIR REPS- ha ha ha- JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR THIS COMPANY TO DANGLE THE CARROT
