Q3 Bonus Reduction

Let’s be real, we’ve been stealing every time a pharmacy filled a denied script. Every bonus check I’ve seen this year is from scripts Supernus lost money on. I knew this would inevitably happen but my RD encouraged this pirate behavior. At least I’m still making some money off stolen scripts.

This just proves how terrible the coverage is. In 6 years corporate has never gained coverage on a plan but has only lest them left and right. But hey, stay positive and go change some lives!....if they fail IR, another preventative, acute med, and isn’t nonformulary

You forgot to mention that we didn’t get paid on those targets that were removed! I hope the NDA gets filed soon.

Out of curiosity, would you have handled those situations listed above differently?

I would've handled each situation differently. They were all the right decisions but the manner in which it was handled was terrible.

Making changes midway through the quarter whether on targets or bonus payout or making the conversion GC that much harder to get after the POA. The manner in which this was rolled out was almost as bad as the actual changes.

I'm sure we will be filing the NDA for 812 soon and you think that will overshadow all of this disturbance and mismanagement for 2019. The problem is we don't trust you anymore.

Those scripts you sent to the pharmacy, you did your job and should be paid for it. You can’t control coverage. The people not doing their jobs are the ones not getting these meds covered. They should have their pay taken away. You got people from to the pharmacy with a script in hand. Good job and you deserve to be paid for it

It's not the reps fault that we are NDC blocked on over 40% of the plans nationwide. Supernus chose this business model not the reps. We have driven PA's and demand over the past few years to get payors to the table. Unfortunately, our ego has been too big to agree to rebates.

well so you know, we are not gonna be filing the NDA and when you ask us when will we we are going to continue to just say soon till we eventually do in late 2020 with a 2021 launch plan. Sorry this is just business. Not personal. Focus on your job.

The only thing that has occurred is executive leadership realized how over compensated the sales team was and forced TR to get it in line. Morons with 0 sales experience could sell the gold card program.
This is going to sting, but we are mediocre sales people selling mediocre products and we are now going to be compensated more in line to our value. The truth can be painful. Sorry we’re not as great as you thought we were.

I know!! And the crazy thing is that they’re not half as moronic as the people at corporate. Have you ever tried to work out an issue with one of those people? Talk about over paid and empty headed. Word on the street is, their salaries are next

this may be the truest statement ever written on our cp board

Lol no one in sales would say we deserve to be paid less. Who is this jokester. Obviously out of touch but think he/she knows everything. Hahaha

You would have done the same thing but in a different manner? Would you have waited until after the quarter to remove off label targets? Would you have paid bonus on them? How should we have gone about the GC change?

We can forget VV's promise at the 2016 NSM. There is no way they are going to honor that. Look at Rockville's track record this year:

Targets pulled for specialty
Q2 target list changed in mid quarter
Target addition option pulled for Q3
GC pulled
877-264-2440
Bonus change announcement for Q4
Bonus payout terms for Q3 changed at the end of Q3

How the F#ck can we focus on hitting these unrealistic projections with you jerking us around all year!! How are we suppose to trust or believe a word out of your mouth? At this point Rockville is driving drunk.
this is what happens when you bring in big pharma rejects and dismiss promoting within. Everything was smooth until unfamiliar corporate management moved in. #firetherejects

Announce a decision effective on a future date. Is that too much to ask? Announce the Q3 bonus change before Q3 not after.

Simply put use common sense!!

I can understand getting creative to try to cut some costs so we make financial projections but it was only a couple weeks ago when TR said to our faces all would be fine. I can't help but feel like the supn house is on fire and all us reps are the last to know....but we see the smoke now.

On a side note.....I'm glad I sold my SUPN and bought TSLA under 200 a share! Makes losing 3500 hurt a little less.

thanks for not telling us how you would have dealt with the Q2 target removal or the GC change from your original rant. As far as the Q3 bonus yeah that sounds easy enough. Wonder why it didn’t happen that way.

How are they suppose to act right now? They know revenue is getting ready to take a huge plunge with the AG going generic. I have been screaming this for months!!! Now watch it happen come March.

What he’s saying is that just because you earned it doesn’t mean you deserve it. Meanwhile this guy is probably spending Christmas in Maui with more toys than his grandkids can ever play with or appreciate. And here you are being ungrateful. Shame on you

VV probably driving that tractor around Maui that Shire bought him lol
