Sr. Mgt. is useless at Genentech! They created the toxic environment in Oncology; marketing and sr. mgt should also get the pink slips. They are not selling!!!! Reality is tough out there- people don't care where you worked anymore- trust me.
 






I used this company as a stepping stone to a company with a better culture. Yes, Melvin, there are companies that have a better culture than the ole' DNA, you just need to get outside your comfort zone which is probably the biggest issue at Genentech. If you are displaced today, look forward and not back. History is just that, history.

Oncology is toxic but no one is more toxic and arrogant than the assholes in Lytics. Talk about a group who thinks their shit doesn’t stink. You know them, the idiots running around every NSM with their “look at us” t-shirts on. It’s too bad they didn’t feel the hatchet.

Quite frankly, I'm so glad there will be no more NSM's for me....

Time to change it up, the costume tradition is dead, no one enjoys it except the queen bees still keeping the dream alive in bioonc and GIO. Club DNA is one slip on a banan peel from a major lawsuit from the spouses of those who wander too far while hammered, and it is a waste of money to bring in a celebrity performer.
 












NSM will be a perfect time for a culture adjustment. Bad Ass Bill is in the house. Word to the wise keep you month shut and drink the koolaid because they will look to make an example of someone. And MKT/MGt are going to say some stupid shit that will make you want to scream.
