The Hospital Social workers are to busy on a saturday, offices do not want to see you and Sleep Clinics are non-productive on a Saturday. Then why are they required. Let me know the success you have had.
 






You need to go on a rant like Charlie Sheen. Get some good media attention regarding Blotech's poor management and how they ruined your career. Then someone may pay attention to you and Blotech.

Morale being low, be it at Rotech or any other company really stops the work flow process.

To bad Rotech has more than it's fair share of poor morale. It is not just upper managers that bring it down...at the location level...where it really counts...it's horrible. Very difficult to keep positive AND grow the business when you see multiple people getting those threats of the all important write up's.

The Rotech family better get ready, move job cuts coming when the JAP's take over. Maybe you didn't hear yet, Rotech and PPS are going to become one big happy family. If you think that you are not getting any support, help or leadership now???? You better dust off the resumes because this is all PPS likes to do is to get rid of employees with the desire to better themslves and the patients. It is all about the numbers and you will just be one of them. Another way to take over another American market and to see how fast that they can destroy it before our own goverment can find out. Within a couple of years it will be only Lincare and PPS with all of the mom and pop's going by the way side. SO hold on for the lies and demands of the number game.
 



I do think that some LCM's need to be under the threat of write ups, especially some of my peers in nearby locations. I know that they don't like me, and secretly make fun of me behind my back. That's why they no longer send me one of their pst's after I lose my own every couple of months. Now (I) have to go out and do deliveries between assholes.
So go ahead and write them up. Just make exceptions for LCM's who happen to be in a minority, if you catch my drift.
