Just depends on whether you are on the hit list that the regionals have, as to who goes, no matter how well you do if they dont like you they will find a way to have you removed.

This post has gone way "down hill". The seven people that continue to post should reply with something important to say. For example: discuss the poor management style at
Blotech with substance or complain about the poor condition of the vans, or the worn out blue prints, or SR chasing after oxygen and CPAP, or how Lincare and Apria are doing are stealing your lunch.

I agree. However, it's not the 7 people as you say. It's someone IN rotech management. We can guess who has the most to gain by making rotech AM's and RM's seem distasteful. That only leaves someone above, or more likely, someone below that level. Sometimes, when you look bad, it's an option to make others look worse.

It would be nice for the workers across the better part of "Rotech Land" to have the work environment you see in the Rotech Way! Not only good for the workers...it sure would increase the money flow across the board for Rotech to have overall happier workers.
 






No one ever said Work is always supposed to be "fun". Have "fun" on your own time. Speaking for myself, my nights are so filled with bliss, I actually need to be a "bitch" at work everyday. Ask any one of my employees.
 


















I wish people would provide real issues at Blotech and their solutions. There is just so much to be said and NOTHING is being shared. Please share Nothing.


Then spill your guts and get it over with! Rotech is no worse than any other large company to make the stock holders happy. It's Corporate America.

At least they try with the Employee Newsletter. The poor moral has more to do with the bad managers that create day to day problems being blown up into issues they are not.

You spill your guts and express about the lousy care patients receives and billing for services they do not even get. The unsafe vehicles that are being driven, the constant baggering from above with do more with less mentality.

Then you are accused of whinning..Not winning..Because that certainly doesnt happen, here let an employee speak to you honestly without fear and you would find out how low the morale really is.
