How about the titrations that the physician orders, that is being done by PSTs, how about Cpap changes being done by CSRs, how about the qualifying the patient for a conserving device? How about the physician thinking you have qualified personnel to do the patient care.
 



Very few physicians are requesting the above services on a regular basis. And when they do, it's not rocket science. Even if we do need a clinician, we can easily obtain one from another location. My location has neither a clinician nor a S.R.. Yet I remain swamped by referrals for O2 and cpap orders. The referral sources know and love me.
 












Forgot to mention yesterday that I do not have a Lic. to do Dentistry but it is not like I am going to be filling any cavities or anything. Besides, if you got in a bar fight the guy how knocks out your front tooth most likely isn't a DDS either.

I saw a great T-shirt at Kohls that says, "I am not a doctor but I'll take a look anyway" you should get one it might help with getting those tests completed. Who know may be ROTECH can do Free Breast Exams too!
 



























As a female LCM, I can only wish to have an AM of the same sex. I would then gladly "put out". But since my AM is male, I indeed do have to play nicey nice every time his balls are swinging in my vicinity.

That is a problem. Maybe he just wants you to come to the dark side. Sounds like most of them don't care. It's not like they are going for a steady diet here.

All of this has gone on for years with this company...No wonder the Am's travel so much helping out locations.

Of course there are a few regionals that have been know to partake in the extra workload after hours. And to think they all get paid to travel and service. Have play will travel,

Sounds as if there is one "SPREADSHEET" they will get a handle on and keep at it then!
