Duane got promoted. He must be doing a good job.
I’m going to do just as good of a job as Duane. He’s my baseline for success

Daniela in CA has to be the most unethical, arrogant, lying ABL I’ve ever worked for. I can’t believe she still has a job after everything she’s done.
would love to see you try, looser
Before you cast aspersions on anyone, please learn some proper grammar, or at the very least, learn how to spell.
My God, what an absolute idiot you are, "looser"!

I have 2 for you!
Both are Eye Care ABL’s. The first one initials are SL what a piece of work he is. He is still driving his reps and they’re days away from getting shipped to B&L! Get a clue you loser!
The second one I just observed on a conference call. He was sitting there working on his computer when the car was going on. I think the guy is from Milwaukee or maybe Green Bay Wisconsin I thought. Who in the hell chooses a manager to be stationed out of Wisconsin? Good luck to whomever the manager that is.
shut up, dumbassI also vote for an eye care ABL in the northeast. He is micromanaging everyone on the team. This week he told the team the expectation is to be in the field until 9/29 so we can all make money come March. He’s still riding in the field with reps despite being days away from moving to B&L.
Stop whining, loser. As you long as you accept your pay, you’ll do as many field rides as you’re told.Managers - I’m sure you don’t want to be with us as much as we don’t want you to be with us and the doctors don’t want you in the offices either. This role is an outdated 1990’s way of managing people. I truly wish companies would stop these field rides as they are not helpful unless you are a newbie

Grow up, Sugar. You knew what the job entailed before you accepted the offer. All of you who complain about field rides understood. If you don’t like them, you are free to quit. Go try a real sales job with a car allowance and a 40:60 pay combination. You know that you won’t because you work part time, collect six figures, and deal with minimal supervision of your daily responsibilities. You’d rather complain than find a solution. That means that there is no problem, and you’re happy with the status quo.clearly you have sold your soul to become an ABL here.
One of my nurses had some great advice for me when I complained about manager ride-a-longs that I will never forget. She said, “Deal with it. He’s your boss. Do what you’re told to do.”
I don’t think anyone has any sympathy for drug reps, let’s be real. I think she told me b/c she liked me enough to tell me the truth.
