Nominations for worst manager at Novartis

Let's make this thread easier. Just fill is the blanks.

Hi, my name is. _______.

I am a great manager because I have proven to make the best people on my team leave the company. I also have a great record of hiring incompetent people who also leave the company because they can't meet sales goals. I do this because it give me greater control to manipulate people.

I have a great ability to steal my best people's ideas and expertise in the market place to develope strategies and tactics that they develope and formulate and execute, that I then claim as my own to share with my director to show that I am a great manager.

I haven't developed anybody on my team for years. I don't promote people to grow within the company because that would threaten me.

I am an expert at ethic and compliance. Not that my people are doing anything against policy, but rather just to let them know who is the boss.

I like to look at mileage on the cars during ride alongs. Not that there is a problem. But I just want to make sure that the expense reports are perfect. I am an expense report expert. Again not that there is a issue, but rather it keeps me busy on Fridays.

My family thinks I am the bestest manager ever. I am not sure who they are because work life balance is my monikor . And therefore I am a Novartis God and they are not that important. I think that people really care about me, I am not just a number.

I have found that I excel most at is analingus with my director. Because that seems the best way to keep doing what I do. And that is what my director does best to the V.P.

Who am I? I am a great manager. Leader?

Still true today.

There are so many crappy mangers w/ NVS one can lose count. But Florida has to be the worst place to work w/ multiple past law suits between Tampa and the Miami being literally being sued by the federal courts just goes to show you the quality of at minimum 3-4 managers and regionals.

Novartis leadership (including MANY ABL's) are disgusting, feckless, and timidly weak minions who thrive in the cesspool of foolhardy decisions made since Leqvio launch. The extraordinary top heavy infrastructure of personnel hired to promote this 'me too' drug is preposterous...adding to the outrageous cost of acquisition. "Leqvio has to succeed" is the mantra. Fuck you...should have worked the calculator a few more times before paying almost 10 bil. for a mediocre injection you can't figure out how to sell, or pay reps that do. Oh, good idea Duane for hiring hundreds of PCP reps during Covid who now will lose their jobs. Fuck you Duane, and every other self described 'leader' at Novartis. You're all a joke, with no one laughing.

Well said!

Every one of them now that they all think their job is to do constant field rides, alienate customers, and criticize everything we do. There must be some outliers out there, but the vast majority of what I’m hearing is we are all getting the same treatment.

We are getting hit with field rides every 2 weeks. I feel like I am in primary care again. Is this happening all over the country or just out west. My customers think my manager is my partner hahaha.

Same and sometimes 3 full days with very critical manager. Since all we care about is getting signatures from the same doctors every week, they are getting pretty sick of it too. In all my years doing this, I’ve never hated my job so much. Yes, I’m marketable, my numbers are good, and will be moving on.
