Let me guess, He probably stands there like a stooge on a sales call too not even caring about helping sell Entresto because he is to busy trying to find every little nuance. This type of manager is the nuance. Uncomfortable conversations during the pre-call conversation because they refuse to listen to you. Uncomfortable after the call because they find some little nuance to critique which was much about nothing.

Like most Big Pharma companies in 2019 most of Management speaks the right words but there is NO intention or meaning behind those words. Don't expect any talk or memo to have any meaning to it. Especially if you read words like Integrity, Work Life balance or Do the Right Thing.
