the worst managers are the ones that march around claiming they are high holy Christians sporting there religion everyday. They attend fake churches and then bring it to work on Monday and turn into demons to their reps all along hiding behind there self proclaimed righiousness. You know who they are total hypocrites!
 




Same for reps doing the same. God sees their TRUE selves. They can't "pray away" the way they treat co-workers. Nor can HR keep covering for them. Laws have caught up to the times

Worst ABLs are those who keep praising those reps that win despite being caught up in compliance cheating issues. How do you think that makes your team feels? You praise the cheater for winning when you know there is an on going investigation? Makes you think the ABL is in on it as well??

You got to check out the manager in Los Angeles, Daniela. Her reps complain about her non-stop. I use to laugh but if it's true she's a walking HR nightmare. I'm glad I have my manager.
 
















How about the managers who are "protected" because of their minority status. I know of one in the west who is up to his 4th HR issue and no one has done nothing! Great Job VP of of West & the RD involved.
 












Some one tell me how Vince became a director. Is this tool for real ? Come on, who does he have naked pictures of???? What a waste of space..... oh, and is it true he had a rep of his take his piss test in DC because he failed the first one???
