Nominations for worst manager at Novartis

Toxic companies develop toxic managers.... look around. Show me one that would be able to survive outside the Novartis bubble of incompetence. 90% of them couldn't even sell in a real biotech company. Just be a good yes man, do as your told and watch your metrics...... ship of fools!

Perfectly said!!!!

DG in the new England area. Lead the way with HR complaints and bragged to her peers and reps about it. Still doing the same bs that was done at gsk. Witnessed it first hand. How this witch had a job is beyond me. She rules by fear

DG is no leader since nobody respects her. She is so negative and creates a toxic workplace. Hopefully NF, who many do respect, knows what DG is all about.

Doesn't matter if NF knows nothing will change. Your area has some of the worst ABL's. heard the hospital abl is a bully and the other cv manager is a control freak and ultimate micromanager No wonder your area has nearly 10 openings. Doesn't say a lot about the RD's for letting this happen. My area is not much better but at least we are allowed to do our jobs

Sadly this true. The company and leaders earned this by letting incompetent abls make competent reps lives miserable. The old adage, one leaves a manager not a company is happening. Counting down the days

Have you heard about scrawny little Marco down in Tampa? He thought he was all it when he became an ABL. Working w/ reps every 3-4 weeks insatiable coaching. Well one of the Reps got Attorneys and went after him. Totally turned the tables on Scrawny Marco. He ran so fast it was hysterical, the Rep never heard from him again, never had a work with again, nothing. ABL hide under a rock all of a sudden. Regional had to be on conference calls on Monday mornings. Nothing ever happened to the Rep. Although Rep did move on after a good 3-4 months. Would have paid good money to listen to Little Scrawny Marco being questioned by VPs and NVS Attorneys.. Wonder how many ABLs have ever been served a letter of notice? I would say if you are an ABL and get sent a letter of notice w/ in your 1st year there is a good chance that your career as an ABL has a limited time frame since you are a liability now.
