I got a phone call from Lilly on Monday saying they chose another candidate. Interviewed last week in Dallas.

I interviews last Monday and got nothing! I'm going to call recruiter today.

Exactly!!! Read all the comments of the folks who had either rankings or tons of neuro/pcp experience in the same territory.. and notice ALL these candidates got rejected. Lily IS the biggest joke!! Sounds more like they want newbies they can slave to death and Boss around. Culture sounds sickening!!

For the good folks getting offers, are you experienced reps or new to Pharma? Just curious. Same question for those getting rejections. New to Pharma or experienced?

8 years experience total. 3 yrs in Neuro and PCP. Top 5% of company rankings 6 out of 8 years and got rejected. Last time I'll ever apply for any lily position. Lily just doesn't seem right Lol.

Makes me like my current company a whole lot more. At least where I am don't have to worry about not getting paid for busting my arse in the field and gettin a nice bonus check.

3 years neuro experience, top 10 percent at my current company and received a rejection. What kind of company would hire so many reps without experience to sell a biologic.

someone here posted that for those who interviewed last week -- they were calling up or emailing folks with a yes or no answer on Mon and Tues. Did that mean Tues was last day to notify folks? Also wonder if letting candidates know will still go on thru end of this week. Dont know if more interviews are being done this week.

I really believe that out of the 4 candidates, two were definitely eliminated and the offer was to top choice. And basically the people that didn't hear, are second choice. Lily is just waiting to see if top choice is accepting offer. I could be totally wrong. But, that's my gut. I still haven't heard
