If you have not heard by now it’s time to move on. I had to call and email and no one responded back . Finally a call back to tell me someone else got the position. Not to classy. Everything went smooth until post interview and
no one cared to call I had to reach out myself.
I was told all positions filled in country.

If it is true.....then I never heard a word regarding my interview in Chicago. I can’t imagine a company not letting someone know but since they were hiring for a whole new division, maybe some of us got lost in the mix. I just received my email re expenses Wednesday (29th) and I interviewed on the 14th.
took 10 days to get rejection email from recruiterI also interviewed in Chicago on the 22nd and have not heard a word. I guess I am assuming it’s a no at this point. Oh well, life goes on!
So let me get this straight. Lilly is getting ready to launch a new drug that will try and compete with Amgen. In this hiring process the candidates were not even interviewed by their potential hiring manager. They were interviewed by random DM’s throughout the country. Then if I’m reading correctly Lilly is hiring the majority of territories with people that have zero experience over high quality seasoned reps. I have to agree with the statement that this is a very poor business model and a recipe for disaster. Good luck training all the newbies and preparing for this extremely competitive launch.Very poor business model they are following.

We hired a very seasoned, veteran specialty team to launch this drug to the targets that matter. Not sure why this approach wasn’t taken to launch to the PC segment? I guess those that didn’t get hired for the PC spots would have been better candidates for the specialty team? But those spots were mostly only filled internally.
I would disagree with this post. Most specialty reps hired from Lilly have pharma experience in primary care but do not have experience or relationships with Neuro. Good luck....
