Not sure what Lilly was looking for During interview. If I had know they weren't looking for someone who can sell w top rankings At current and former companies, I wouldn't have wasted my time interviewing. Recruiter told me I was a great candidate bc of my previous rankings. I get to the interview and the panel of two idiots didn't care to see or hear about my rankings at all..

Wtf.. Never in my life have I had an interview where they didn't care about rankings or ability to move product. Waste of time!

U could b the worst rep w zero selling or marketing skills and rank at the absolute last and worst of ur company AND STILL get hired at Lily! WHAT A JOKE of a panel and company.

Oh and I've yet to hear from anyone but no way would I even accept or care to move forward. Their lack of interest in rankings or ability to sell goes to show whoever they hire isn't gonna make squat or ish in bonus money anyway!! Lol.. Backwards a** panel!

Why would they care about ranking, there were many candidates at my location who never were even in pharma sales before. Most of those people interviewing probably would be happy to get 70K a year in base.
But then again you get what you pay for.
With hiring all those newbies for a launch will be a disaster.

A woman named Marilyn just called an extended an offer this am ( not my manager). Said they were running way behind and are giving offers out today and tomorrow.

Best of luck to all

Congrats!!! I'm still waiting. Interviewed last week in Baltimore. I have many years of pharma experience, curious to see if you have a bunch. I saw a bunch of college grads or few years work experience.

I wish I had known before wasting my time. It's a sales position, a launch at that.. and on the job qualifications it stated 'Rankings in the top 1/3 of company'.

Been in the top 10-20% consecutive years and have plenty of launch Exp. I also wish the recruiter would've been upfront. Complete waste of time.
