we had more resignations Friday in neuroscience; and couple of them were stellar reps with some serious tenure.

I doubt leadership even waved goodbye; they simply don’t care!

Realigning zip code geographies will come Jan 3. The reason given is that they are going to try to get coverage to areas that are vacant etc. They say no lay offs but I could certainly see how people could be displaced into an undesirable geography. Curious to see if they keep double stack territories or if they move to single stack across-the-board.

How can they realign zip codes in areas where there aren’t any reps to realign them too?

If you’ve seen what they’ve done in other divisions and companies ZS doesn’t care about making reps travel to cover completely irrational territories.They created this mess hoping to cut headcount without paying severances, but did too good of a job running people off. And now it’s the reps fault they haven’t backfilled key geographies.

Restructure has been mention by Mike Bell on manager calls. Happening in January. ZS has been called in to evaluate and you know people have to go because some areas have so many 2 stacks that they can’t spread them out for coverage. Mike wouldn’t have even mentioned restructuring if so many people weren’t screaming about inequities in the field. It makes you feel like they are going to make everything fair when in reality it’s unemployment time people.
