I’m not a neuro rep and take CF with a grain of salt, but are you guys seriously being told not to sell Vyvanse or at least not sell it like Trintellix????
A classic mistake made by leaders who don’t know what they are doing. Either they think Vyvanse sales will continue without promotion from sales (which they may, I have no idea how discussion dependent Rx’s are) or they they are being told that their jobs are dependent on ztrintllix doing better. Either way a bad position to be in.
Ignore your bread and butter and use your efforts and resources to promote a me-too drug.
How shitty are Lynn, Julie, Mike, and Steve? Generally you give people the benefit of the doubt, but it’s clear you can’t trust these people. Just from their general personalities alone - I still think Julie has a decent heart but is caught up in all this. Also, can we talk again about how embarrassed the general would be to see how Steve really runs an organization? It’s comical how far off he is. And the numbers? Wtf is going on. This company is a freaking clown show. And with OSHA backing off vaccine mandates I just love it. Nothing is going right for these people and Swiss cheese dilbert.
New territories have been happening all year. If a territory goes vacant it’s dissolved and given to other reps more work same pay. Have to do something with managers who only have 5 people working under them cut that fat.
Or the managers who have two reps! They are complete fools to keep all these useless manangers!

Span of control is going to be increased so you will see the ridiculous management role streamlined and reps will be reduced by about 20% overall. Buckle up, we dont need multiple reps plus lundbeck people calling on the same providers.

Speaking of layoffs did anyone notice your new insurance card for company car expires 4/1/2022. In the past they have always run an entire year for coverage.Or is it just the Carolinas that expire then?
