Seriously what a pile of BS. I don’t know what is worse if they really did try and keep their top performers and screwed up royally or did they go straight for the bottom line cheaper reps and screw up keeping top talent?

I think by looking at who is left and how pre covid they were hiring reps right out of college to do the same job it’s pretty apparent mostly cheaper reps but had to sprinkle in the tenured rep with higher salary, the diversity rep, etc in order to limit discrimination and any potential lawsuits.
