NBU fate???

What territory still has 2 reps, I have been alone for 2 years now. 1 of our territories has been empty for over a year. Just heard of a territory of over 2 million people, how do you cover that, and get judged on total scripts? Right size us


Almost every territory I know of has 2 reps. Shows you what a terrible job they have done evening out the territories. What's up with these last minute fire drill meetings? And how many NBU offers went to GI reps who were cut? It would be nice to know anything!

I was part of the GI MED Division that got completely cut (ALL OF US, DM's, EVERYBODY) on Feb 3rd, at 11:00AM Eastern - all hands on deck call. Colleen Picket made the announcement. No mention or offer was made to any of us for any Trintellix/Neuro positions. The next day, HR had a call with us, they only mentioned the standard..."You can apply for any open positions within Takeda if you like".

I guess there won’t be any layoffs for NBU in March, since they are offering displaced MED reps open positions. Unless you are a dinosaur Takeda rep sticking around because of the time off, I would recommend taking your severance and RUNNING out of here. NBU is a disaster. Too many reps selling two old, ridiculously expensive products with no pipeline. Yes, there are pockets here and there that are without reps, but I would highly recommend avoiding taking a spot in a double-stack territory; ESPECIALLY if it is in Psychiatry Specialty.

There is never a territory need for partners unless they have different roles. Such as a person who handles sales and another who handles patient onboarding or auths.

This company has management and leadership in name only everyone knows you are over paid and out of touch.
 








And now more meetings in a few weeks after this last minute meeting! And another meeting in June! For what!!!!????

Good lord, Takeda definitely doesn’t hire based on looks. Have y’all seen some of the people?! We are in SALES and first impression and likability is everything. No one cares about your MBA!

Completely agree. Out of touch micro management who refuse to listen to anyone remotely suggest they should think about sales in any another way than robotic sample dropping pod sellers. Gotta hit those metrics because who cares if it doesn’t translate to hitting those numbers as long as they can show they’re good babysitters.
