MS Division What Happened?

Biogen ain’t playing with 1 single dose every 6 months. Buh Bye Novartis it’s been fun but it’s over now.
Because no company has ever failed when they have a product with a six month dosing interval.
Maybe Biogen can give it away for free for a year & then blame the reps because the product is an abysmal failure.
I bet if they asked Duane nicely, he'd come over and show them how its done.
 
















This used to be such a great place to work. We seemed insulated from the big pharma playbook.
Now this division is almost as bad as cardio. Is it time to jump ship.
As bad as cardio? Is your flagship product running on its last couple of fumes?
Did your hospital team just have layoffs? Was your $9B investment launched a year late and chronically underperforming once it hit the market?
Was it launched by fools who don't have buy and bill experience and gave the product away for a year?
Do you get bonuses as a territory or a district?
Look, you might have it bad, but be careful with your comparisons. The only thing CV reps have left to be proud of is that we are the septic tank of the industry.

Kate's video was so tone deaf. Nobody is making bonus and we have useless field rides every 2 weeks. Look at the results it's not working. You have a demotivated salesforce that has quit on you.
