The ABL's only come out to check a box. The doc's are sick of seeing their faces every 2-3 weeks. Asking the same stupid questions from the playbook. A manager should come out once a quarter. If you can't trust us to do the job. You hired the wrong person.

It's called accountability. If we did not regularly check up on reps, they would spend most of their working hours at the gym, hairdresser, restaurant, kids' schools, soccer practices, etc. Most of us can't wait for the day that AI replaces the rep force. Waste of $s!!!

The day people in Home office can figure out how to get more than a 20% click response on rep triggered emails or more than a 20 HCPs attend a virtual seminar is the day reps should worry about their jobs.

It is also comical to think that highly FDA monitored digital material will ever replace field conversations. Zero ability to contexualize results from studies. Yeah, that will work real well.

But then again, Novartis has incompetant leadership so let's give it a try!

The dumb ABL want's to get rid of reps. Does he realize that's the end of his job. This is what we are dealing with at Novartis. Very stupid people in charge.

"Very" is an intensifier without an inherent meaning. Many inexperienced writers use intensifiers like "very" or "really" to try to add power to their writing. This is a mistake.

Avoid using very in a sentence because it's a weak word that diminishes your meaning. There's not enough information in a word like "very" to tell your reader anything new. You're better off finding a stronger alternative.
