It’s all part of the Novartis strategy as they plan for their next layoff. Look at how they handled CV. They jacked around with their IC pissing the reps off as they prepared for that massive layoff. Screwing the reps with IC plan is their 1st phase of layoff preparations. MS will get blasted in 2026. Just wait.
