Medical derm

No, Fucktard....I’m not looking for a participation trophy bc I’m not in the “Participation Generation”. I’m in the generation where we actually WORK HARD and keep striving to do better, do things differently, adjust, and challenge ourselves. If your launching a nuclear warhead, yes, the trajectory is set. We’re not launching a nuclear warhead here. We’re launching, learning, and adjusting. Maybe it’s you who needs to set YOUR trajectory towards the exit sign? Take your negative attitude w you too....

Just stating facts.
The future of Ilumya sales were set a year ago. There’s no hockey stick kind of shift ahead.

honest question: which division brings in more revenue? Med derm or biologics?

Count in lost revenue from give aways, ineffective ad spending, and high salaries for low rent reps, then the answer is clear. Absorica far shined above Ilumya. LD is a 1980s stunt that will probably not work. Derms do not have the time, patience and loyalty to mess with funky dosing and stepped up managed care obstacles. All isotretinoins work.

Revenue?
Profit?
Return on investment?
Sustainability?

Regardless, they’re all no where near where anyone would want them to be. #sunsets

That’s the key, the seems don’t have the time, patience or loyalty for a product that only differs in a way to continue making $$$$$ for the company once absorica goes generic. Which leads to insurance. What insurance company is going to cover this when in less than 6 months a generic absorica hits the market? These insurance companies have smart people working for them too and see this as well. Which also, the docs see this as well. Why do I switch? I’ll just keep writing absorica with less the hassle and when it goes generic, even better, I’ll write the generic absorica. Where does this leave LD. Relationship selling and pharmacy switches are the only scripts coming thru. Need more data than just PK to sell this.

At this point, there is no more switching derms. If they have not switched by now based on science, they sure as hell will not switch with the higher Absorica price point and LD scam. LD would make some sense if it truly were a significantly lower dose that delivered efficacy with fewer side affects or patient discomfort. These are LD claims that cannot be made because suitable data is not provided. Continue to milk the cash-cow!

And to those who think Sun is an innovative company ...

does our NSM have nothing to do other than send out ludicrous emails, create kindergarten color coded excel sheets? I’ve never seen a more uptight “leader” and micromanager and I’ve been around the block with many companies, both good and bad. People will deal with this type of shit when they are making money but when no bonuses and only 1 person makes COE/plan out of 66 reps, your gonna see turnover. Look for a mass exodus after the COE announcements.

Insurance is an obstacle you should overcome NO MATTER WHAT! NO EXCUSES! If you cant MOVE LD then you are not fit for the culture and FUTURE we are building here.

Good Selling!

Oh, just when I think the dip-shits have gone to sleep....
I also do NOT LIKE uptight management and micromanaging from anyone. As much as I would love to join your Chorus Line on your above stance, I can’t. ONLY BECAUSE everyone in this company is scurrying around wondering WTF to do. While some managers all always uptight,
etc, sending out color-coded spreadsheets and all, most are not. I’m sure they are worrying about their jobs like the rest of us are. They’re only trying to “be noticed” by AG by reverting to Kindergarten coloring.

Now. For you. Pull your head out of your own ass and get some fresh air, starting tomorrow. Seriously. Take the day off and practice deep breathing until your common sense comes in to focus.
SUN, as with ANY company, does. not. have. to. provide. us. with. any. monetary. bonus. Your BASE SALARY alone is more than 80% of the Nations base salaries. Add on: Your Fleet vehicle, fuel, maintenance, car insurance, 401k (match of 3%), full Health/Dental/Optical, PAID holidays, sick days/PTO, vacation days and all the flexible time you have....you are in tip-top shape! Yet you’re griping about bonus money? Did you even stop to think what your bonus would be IF you hit 100%? Somewhere around 40k-45k?
Now do the math. Unless you’re wearing an “S” under your shirt, I doubt you’re making bonus at 100%. Along with the majority of us in the company.

We’re ALL stressed. We’re ALL
in the same boat, just rowing on different sides. Try to be happy you’re fortunate enough to HAVE a job and getting a full paycheck with a company who is still willing and able so far to keep you (and all of us) employed.

you can go piss off. You don’t get in sales for a base salary. Go sit in a cube if you want to just earn a base

Having an S on your chest won’t do anything. They set their quota to numbers they know we can’t hit on purpose. Capital preservation is what that is.

Hit a nerve, did I? I scribed ALL of my post and the only thing you gathered to retort on was STILL about money.
Let me try a different way for you to see the pony in all the shit. How about you go into SALES on a “commission only” structure?
I was serious about taking the day off tomorrow....which now “today”, technically. Get outside, get some fresh air, take deep, long breaths and count your blessings.

As for you. Then you, of all people, need to hold hands with your above fellow poster and be HAPPY your base salary and everything which comes with that, is light years ahead of 80+% of the Nations salary. Be thankful you’re not in the cheese line at the moment.

I fully get it that you need an income and benefits. And not everyone is a rock star, and that’s why there are companies like Sun, and people like yourselves.

But even in the little leagues, there’s strategy, vision, leadership.
But not here.

Yahoo! A day off and a long weekend! Time to hit the boat and let the kids enjoy the summer. But... a long weekend for BJ is a nightmare. Who knows what he’s about to come up with on a 4 day weekend!
