Did Sun layoff or furlough any derm reps?
Did Sun layoff or furlough any derm reps?
no not yet. but many think its coming. why do you want to know?
when BJ rode in my territory, my office on my next visit was very questionable on him. I now see what they meant. he seems to have no idea of how medical offices operate or interact with reps. no one respects him. ask any of the managers. ask the reps. take a poll.
Why are there more positions open? Why are people flocking from med derm?
Not that many ! But your point is right on.Many left to LEO. how many more need to leave before HR steps in and removes upper management? take a look of how many have left in the past year? the number will shock you.

And it’s not HRs place to step in, it’s Abhays. He set the tone for this shit show.
The turnover at Sun is incomparable to virtually any company. Off the charts.
No, the question now is how long will you be employed ?over the last year it’s been too many. The question now is does LD make it until April 1 or does sun cut its losses?

Totally agree. If you believe the trajectory of the business is tracking In the right direction then you have no business acumen and deserve to ride this ship down.
Hi! When is Absorica going generic. It still hasnt so and not sure what to make of LD.
With all sincerity, you take a job at Sun for benefits and some cash while you continue to look for another job.Can Someone give me an honest opinion on med derm and the open Jersey territory?

The only risk is that is that it’s looked upon as a stain on your resume.
True.you couldn’t had said it any better. If you need cash and benefits take it but no one is doing good here and half are looking to leave

Unless they tell you there is a new product coming upon your hire, dont take it. They will sell you on LD being new but its been a DUD
