etc, sending out color-coded spreadsheets and all, most are not. I’m sure they are worrying about their jobs like the rest of us are. They’re only trying to “be noticed” by AG by reverting to Kindergarten coloring.

Now. For you. Pull your head out of your own ass and get some fresh air, starting tomorrow. Seriously. Take the day off and practice deep breathing until your common sense comes in to focus.
SUN, as with ANY company, does. not. have. to. provide. us. with. any. monetary. bonus. Your BASE SALARY alone is more than 80% of the Nations base salaries. Add on: Your Fleet vehicle, fuel, maintenance, car insurance, 401k (match of 3%), full Health/Dental/Optical, PAID holidays, sick days/PTO, vacation days and all the flexible time you have....you are in tip-top shape! Yet you’re griping about bonus money? Did you even stop to think what your bonus would be IF you hit 100%? Somewhere around 40k-45k?
Now do the math. Unless you’re wearing an “S” under your shirt, I doubt you’re making bonus at 100%. Along with the majority of us in the company.

We’re ALL stressed. We’re ALL
in the same boat, just rowing on different sides. Try to be happy you’re fortunate enough to HAVE a job and getting a full paycheck with a company who is still willing and able so far to keep you (and all of us) employed.

I think everyone is certainly thankful for having their jobs during these times. But these issues were around much before COVID-19 was present. Bonuses are not guaranteed but is what makes a SALES JOB! Many are lied to of the potential or lack there of. Turnover, management issues, lack of departments communicating, and overall communication are a mess.

I am unsure to your question but from a management prospective right now it doesn’t matter. They are profiting by having 2 options. The problem lies when Absorica goes generic. Many docs aren’t moving over as insurance is not optimal. LD May never reach the heights expected and fill the void it was expected.

LD makes more per script. But because it is harder to sell, idiot reps will always take the easy road out. You may make some decent money now, but not converting to LD over time will certainly cause big problems down the road.

idiot reps will take the easy road out???? the reps have no choice. Its sell LD or get $0 in commission. Absorica is being filled 9.99999/10 while LD is getting filled .00000001/10. reps want LD to take over as first in line but derms and pharmacies aren't buying it. You have no idea what is going on.

No. The future is Grim. LD has been a complete flop from launch, marketing and market access. Once this goes Generic, it’s probably game over. Solution- seems like a good product, but it’s revenue can’t float the division
