Seems like the turnover rate has been increasing. Just during the work from home we have lost about 1 rep a week. Had we had better leadership they could be retained. Some good reps are leaving, and sun doesn’t care.

Make the numbers and someone cares. Not make the numbers, then no one cares. Cuts down the overhead by reducing the dead wood!

My favorite are the reps who blatantly post on social media that they are working from the beach when they cover a landlocked state. I'm not sure why anyone bothers at this company.

When you aren’t going to be make bonus or we were still working from home, that sounds like a smart move. If my hubby didn’t have to still go into the office, we probably would do the same
 






Olllll boy was it a beautiful weekend here is Florida at my dads house. I spent the weekend developing spreadsheets and messaging all managers about upcoming pips. I can’t wait to share what I’ve worked on all weekend...

Another example of the level of intellect that Sun attracts.
Let’s see, there’s going to be 2 people apply for this position. The hiring manager sees that 50% of the talent pool seeks Cafepharma to get basic job info.

Knucklehead. I hope you get the job, you deserve each other.
I supposed in two weeks they’ll be back here looking for someone to decipher the PI for them.
It is different than selling small appliances at Best Buy. Even at Sun.

The majority of your bonus, the “new” product is hardly covered. Only 1 person won presidents club, and that left a sour taste for many. Will also have a NSD who will try and coach you out if you don’t perform immediately, by fear mongering. Steroids are great, have sold them for years and great coverage. Not exactly sure what the future really holds but if you need a pit stop, sure.
