Well they need to. Way too many reps, DMs, AEs, RBDs, Educators. So much inefficiency which leads to frustration and job dissatisfaction. Way to much focus on process and implementation based on what ZS says versus what internal customers and external customers are actually seeing, doing and feeling.
A lot of talk about ZS on here. We haven't used them in several years for anything but to run simulations of what we've already decided to do. If you want to be pissed at a contractor, at least choose one that's impacting you.
So why is the ZS header still on our compensation reports and several other documents that we receive in the field still today?

Appears true. Some areas in gsc are good, but many are not. Also cost is high in gsc IT, medical, legal teams - no business case!!jobs will move to the gsc in bangalore.am sure they will force us to send more work over there

High costs - many expatriates (Danes) living in fancy villas, luxury cars with drivers, kids in expensive schools n what not. Such a set up needed in service centre? The annual fees the Danes pay for 1 kid is equivalent to the full year salary of 6 junior level employees.The rent they pay for a month for their fancy villas is a full year salary for a junior employee in India.It sure sounds fancy to me.
