Well they need to. Way too many reps, DMs, AEs, RBDs, Educators. So much inefficiency which leads to frustration and job dissatisfaction. Way to much focus on process and implementation based on what ZS says versus what internal customers and external customers are actually seeing, doing and feeling.

A lot of talk about ZS on here. We haven't used them in several years for anything but to run simulations of what we've already decided to do. If you want to be pissed at a contractor, at least choose one that's impacting you.

Well that’s even more sad then to know that these really bad decisions came from within. Somehow better to have thought that a vendor came up with these brainstorms. Then this is a HUGE example of how disconnected top execs or operations are with reality. Again I’m not happy that people would lose jobs but we need to stop filling positions which more justify fifedome versus add to the business. Another positive advantage of a reorg is it gets rid of the ass kissers and those that have just been floating along. That’s another reason why good people have left is the lack of accountability for all

Appears true. Some areas in gsc are good, but many are not. Also cost is high in gsc IT, medical, legal teams - no business case!!

Yes have heard that they are living it up in India.Thats why NN has to charge such exorbitant prices for its drugs to feed the luxurious lifestyles of their Danes.In a country like India, the prices charged by Novo Nordisk for its poor citizens are a life or death issue for millions. But wait, the Danes dont care.All they care about if their own wealth and well-being.
 




How many Danes are living in India working at GSC? If you speak to the Danes lead by the CVP of GSC they have nothing but contempt for Indians.All they care about is their own fancy lifestyles.They meet regularly in 5 star hotels to enjoy the weather and the luxury.They also have a list of places to visit when they are here.And then Novo sells the story that it cares about poor people in third world countries.If they did, they wouldn’t be spending millions to have their people living in such luxury.
 




And Novo products are unaffordable for the average Indian.We should start a movement against high priced insulin by Novo in India.There is a lot of talk about high priced insulin in other countries including US so we should start a movement to petition the government to look at insulin prices charged by companies like Novo Nordisk.

Look, Novo is fundamentally a Danish company meaning Danes rule and get better packages than the rest of you non-Danes. Get used to it, or leave. Novo (and Danes) reluctantly accept phrases such as diversity and inclusion, and only if it results in nice photographs to be posted in promotional material.
